01About the organization

AiHummer software is developed and owned by a Russian company whose details are given below and in the Requisites section. Its principal economic activity is computer software development (OKVED 62.01).

02About the AiHummer product

AiHummer is a self-hosted AI-employee platform for business. It is deployed on the customer's own infrastructure (no Docker, host-native, delivered as a release distribution) and lets organizations build AI employees that work across channels (messengers, web widget, corporate systems), with long-term memory, tools (tool-calling), integrations and access control.

The product ships in a Community (free) edition and commercial plans; it includes the core, a set of channels and connectors, a plugin marketplace, the Einstein memory system, mobile and desktop apps, and an API.

03Ways of granting usage rights

• SaaS access — subscription access to the cloud version of the product.
• Self-hosted delivery — provision of a release distribution for installation on the customer's infrastructure.
• A simple (non-exclusive) license to use the software within the scope of the selected plan.
• Maintenance, updates and technical support within the selected plan and the support policy.

04IT-activity codes (Ministry of Digital Development)

The list of IT-activity codes (per the classification of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development) will be published once approved; after publication it is kept up to date by the operator.

05Pricing

Basic use is available free of charge in the Community edition. Current plans are published on the Pricing page; special terms are fixed in the contract.

06Accreditation, software registry and other records

This section publishes confirmed records of state IT accreditation, registration of the product in the Russian software registry, resident status and other official confirmations — as and when obtained. The absence of an entry means the corresponding confirmation had not been provided as of the publication date.
