AiHummer Public Offer
01 Terms
This document is a public offer by the Operator to conclude an agreement on the use of the AiHummer Platform under the terms below. The terms "Platform", "Instance", "Tenant" are used as defined in the Terms of Service.
02 Subject of offer
The Operator grants the User the right to use the Platform (release distribution) and related services within the scope of the selected plan or license.
03 Acceptance
Acceptance is the download of the distribution, installation of the Platform, or payment for a license. Acceptance means full agreement with the offer and the Terms of Service.
04 License & price
Basic use of the Platform is possible on free and local models with no mandatory model payments. The cost of a commercial license and plans is set by the Operator's price list.
05 Provisioning
Access to the distribution and updates is provided through the selected release channel (stable / beta / dev). The Platform is deployed on the User's infrastructure.
06 Rights & obligations
The User undertakes to comply with the license terms and the law, and not to engage in use prohibited by the license. The Operator undertakes to provide updates and support within the plan.
07 Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". The Operator is not liable for damages arising from operating the Platform on the User's infrastructure, to the extent permitted by law.
08 Term & termination
The offer is valid from publication until withdrawn by the Operator. The agreement may be terminated as provided by law and the license terms.
09 Final provisions
The relations of the parties are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Related documents: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy.
