01 General provisions

This Privacy Policy describes what data is collected when using the AiHummer website and services, how it is used, and what rights the user has.

02 Data we collect

• Contact data — name and email provided when contacting us or registering.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, website access logs.
• Instance data — in the self-host model it is not collected by the Operator (see §6).

03 Cookies & analytics

The website uses functional cookies and anonymized web analytics (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics) to improve performance. The user may restrict cookies in browser settings.

04 Purposes of use

Data is used to respond to inquiries, provide product access, ensure security, and inform about updates.

05 Third-party sharing

Data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or when engaging vetted contractors under confidentiality terms.

06 Self-hosted: where data lives

The Platform is deployed on the User's infrastructure. Conversation content, credentials and other Instance data remain with the User; the AiHummer Operator has no access to them.

07 Storage & security

Protection measures are applied: encryption, access control, audit. Retention periods are limited to the processing purposes.

08 User rights

The user may request information about processing, correction or deletion of their data, and withdraw consent. See the Data Processing Policy for details.

09 Policy changes

The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is published on the website with its date.
