01About the organization

AiHummer software is developed and owned by a Russian company whose details are given below and in the Requisites section. Its principal economic activity is computer software development (OKVED 62.01).

02About the AiHummer product

AiHummer is a self-hosted AI-employee platform for business. It is deployed on the customer's own infrastructure (no Docker, host-native, delivered as a release distribution) and lets organizations build AI employees that work across channels (messengers, web widget, corporate systems), with long-term memory, tools (tool-calling), integrations and access control.

The product ships in a Community (free) edition and commercial plans; it includes the core, a set of channels and connectors, a plugin marketplace, the Einstein memory system, mobile and desktop apps, and an API.

03Technology stack

The product is developed in-house. Installation targets the Linux operating system directly, without containerisation: the platform ships as a release distribution and runs on the customer’s own infrastructure.

The server side is written in Go. Data is stored in PostgreSQL 17. Services exchange messages over protobuf; asynchronous events travel through a RabbitMQ message bus using AMQP over TLS.

Client-side code is written in TypeScript. The public website is built with Astro; the administrative console is custom code without an external framework. Besides the web interface, we ship mobile and desktop applications, an embeddable web widget and a browser extension.

The AI layer works both with language models deployed on the customer’s own server and with external models over an API, including under the customer’s own access key. The platform includes its own long-term memory and knowledge-base retrieval. Speech recognition (faster-whisper), speech synthesis (edge-tts), web search (SearXNG), video parsing (ffmpeg) and a browser for working with web pages ship as separate Python add-ons; each is optional and can be replaced with an external service.

Channels and integrations are implemented as separate connectors: Telegram, VK, MAX, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Signal, Matrix, e-mail, Avito, Bitrix24, CIAN and SIP telephony.

Builds run on our own build agents using Node.js and Go tooling. Connector builds are reproducible, and released distributions are signed.

04Ways of granting usage rights

• SaaS access — subscription access to the cloud version of the product.
• Self-hosted delivery — provision of a release distribution for installation on the customer's infrastructure.
• A simple (non-exclusive) license to use the software within the scope of the selected plan.
• Maintenance, updates and technical support within the selected plan and the support policy.

06Pricing

Basic use is available free of charge in the Community edition. Current plans are published on the Pricing page; special terms are fixed in the contract.

07Accreditation, software registry and other records

This section publishes confirmed records of state IT accreditation, registration of the product in the Russian software registry, resident status and other official confirmations — as and when obtained. The absence of an entry means the corresponding confirmation had not been provided as of the publication date.
