License Agreement

01Terms & general provisions
This document is a license agreement between the Operator and the User for the use of the AiHummer Platform and the provision of related services under the terms below. The terms "Platform", "Instance", "Tenant" are used as defined in the Terms of Service.
02Subject of the agreement
The Operator grants the User a simple (non-exclusive) non-transferable license to use the Platform (a release distribution or the cloud version) and provides related services within the scope of the selected plan or license.
03Acceptance
Acceptance is any of the following: registration in the account portal, downloading the distribution, installing the Platform, or paying for a license/plan. Acceptance means full agreement with the license agreement and the Terms of Service.
04Registration & trial period
To obtain access the User registers in the account portal. The Operator may provide a trial period for certain plans; the terms and duration of the trial are stated when it is granted.
05Plans, payment & closing documents
The cost of licenses and plans is set by the Operator's price list (the Pricing section). Payment is made as specified at checkout. Upon provision of services the Operator issues closing documents in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
06License scope & restrictions
The license is simple (non-exclusive) and non-transferable. The User may not transfer, resell or sublicense the rights without the Operator's written consent, nor use the Platform beyond the limits of the selected plan.
07Updates, support & SLA
Within the active plan the Operator provides updates and technical support. The support level and target response times depend on the selected plan.
08Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". The Operator is not liable for damages arising from operating the Platform on the User's infrastructure, to the extent permitted by law. The Operator's liability is limited to the cost of the paid plan for the relevant period.
09Confidentiality
The parties undertake not to disclose confidential information obtained in the course of the agreement. In the self-host model, Instance data remains with the User and is not transferred to the Operator.
10Rights to configuration & integration results
Rights to the results of custom configuration, setup and integrations performed by the User independently belong to the User. All exclusive rights to the Platform remain with the Operator.
11Termination & refunds
The agreement may be terminated as provided by law and the license terms. The procedure and conditions for refunds are determined by applicable law and the rules of the specific plan in force at the time of payment.
12Amendments & final provisions
The Operator may amend the license agreement by publishing a new version on the website with its date and version. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the changes. The relations of the parties are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
