Terms of Service

01General provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the aihummer.ru website, the account portal, documentation, API and marketplace, as well as the AiHummer software (the "Platform"), and are entered into between the Operator, whose details are provided at the end of this document, and the user (the "User").

By using the website or the Platform the User fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the service.

02Terms & definitions

• Platform — the self-hosted AiHummer software installed on the User's infrastructure, and its cloud version.
• Instance — a copy of the Platform installed and run by the User.
• Tenant — an isolated organizational unit within an Instance.
• Account portal — the section at my.aihummer.ru for managing access, licenses and instances.

03Subject

The Operator grants the User the right to use the website and the Platform under these Terms, the License Agreement and the applicable license. The Platform is provided "as is" as a release distribution or as access to the cloud version.

04Rules for using the website and services

The User undertakes to use the website, account portal, documentation, API and marketplace in good faith and for their intended purpose.

05Prohibited actions

• unlawful access to the website, services or third-party data, bypassing authentication and authorization;
• automated data collection (scraping/parsing) not agreed with the Operator, creating excessive load, DoS/DDoS;
• decompilation, disassembly or reverse engineering of the Platform, except where expressly permitted by law;
• infringement of the intellectual property rights of the Operator or third parties;
• distribution of spam, malicious code, unlawful or misleading content, and any other abuse of the services.

06Self-hosted use

The Platform is deployed on the User's infrastructure. The Operator has no access to Instance data and does not process it unless expressly agreed otherwise. The User is responsible for data integrity, backups and infrastructure security.

07Intellectual property

All exclusive rights to the Platform, the website, documentation, trademarks and other objects belong to the Operator. These Terms grant the User no rights other than those expressly provided by the license.

08Limitation of liability

The Platform and the website are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequences of using the Platform on the User's infrastructure.

09Personal data

Personal data processing is governed by the Personal Data Processing and Privacy Policy.

10Amendments & final provisions

The Operator may amend these Terms. The current version is published on the website with its update date and version. The relations of the parties are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation; disputes are resolved as prescribed by law at the Operator's location.
