Does it advise on tax and law?
No, and that is not a footnote in small print but the boundary of the product. It does not interpret the law, does not calculate taxes, does not assess the risks of a deal, does not check wording in contracts and letters and does not decide whether something may be done. It hands over what you wrote: the procedure, the template, the order of steps and the deadline. The decision and the responsibility stay with the accountant and the lawyer — where they belong. The agent takes away the repetitive correspondence, not the responsibility.
Where does it answer staff?
Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX and email are included in the Business plan. A person writes where they already write to colleagues, and all the correspondence comes together in one window. If your staff sit in a corporate messenger that is not on that list — ask us before you pay: we will not promise a channel the plan does not have.
Where does it get its answers from?
From your own documents: the finance and legal procedures, the templates folder, the internal deadline calendar. You upload them once and edit them when the procedure changes. What is not in them it does not fill in: it says outright that it has no answer, and says who to ask.
And what if a procedure has changed?
You change the document — the answer changes, from the very next question. It answers from the version you have now and gives its date, if the document carries one. Nobody will be able to argue with last year's version from the shared drive.
Does it take data from the accounting program?
A link to 1C and EDI — Diadoc, SBIS, Kontur — is in the works: document number, date and status will come straight from there into the answer your employee gets. Today it answers about process: which document, by what date, in what form and who to take it to. It never quotes payroll figures and never will — that is a conversation with an accountant, not with an agent.
Does it remind about reporting deadlines?
About your internal ones — yes: submit the timesheet, report on an advance, renew a power of attorney, take the documents to the accounts office. You set the deadline, and it brings it back as a reminder into the same chat, to whoever it concerns. It does not work out statutory deadlines itself and does not interpret the official working calendar — it repeats what stands in your own.
What does “sends the digest as a file” mean?
It builds a table from the conversations and sends it as an attachment right into the chat: what people came with this week, on which topics, what was issued and when. You see it without exports and without doing the work by hand — and it shows plainly which policy is due for a rewrite, since people are asking about it for the twentieth time. Today it is a summary of CONVERSATIONS; with the 1C link, document number and status will land in the same file.
Does it remember what has already been issued to whom?
Yes, it pulls up past conversations with that same person: if they took a proof-of-income certificate in June, the procedure does not have to be explained a second time. What it remembers is the correspondence — what was asked and what was answered. It keeps no personnel file and stores no pay data.
What has to be done before the first run?
Connecting a model is the first step after installation, and it takes a minute. Until a model is chosen the agent will not answer a single message: the thinking is done by the model, not by the server. After that you upload the procedures and connect the channels.
Different answers for finance and for legal — is that two different agents?
Usually yes, and the plan allows for it: the departments have different documents, a different tone and different deadlines, and mixing them in one answer is a sure way to get it wrong. You give each agent its own materials and its own channels.
Who will see an employee's conversation with it?
Whoever you gave access to. The plan installs on your own server: the correspondence, the procedures and the contract templates stay inside your perimeter and never go to someone else's cloud. For legal-team documents and pay questions that is usually the deciding argument.
What is needed to get started?
Your own server or a virtual machine and PostgreSQL — no Docker needed. It installs with a single command, everything else is set up in the web interface.
What does it cost?
RUB 19,900 per month per instance or RUB 199,000 per year. Your channels, your procedures and templates, your server.
Can I see it before paying?
There is a demo sandbox with no sign-up — login and password below, ask it about anything. This plan has no trial period: it installs on your own server. The free Community edition installs there too — it shows how the product works without a single payment.
