What is needed to make it work?
The first step in your account is to connect a language model: nothing works without it, and we will not put that in small print. Then you upload the timetable, the levels and the lesson-block terms and connect the channels. All of it takes an evening.
Does it answer where students and parents write?
Yes. Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, MAX and Avito are included in the “Personal Assistant” plan. All conversations come together in one window — you don't need five apps open.
What is the file it sends?
A table — CSV or XLSX — straight into the chat, as an attachment. Usually that is the result of the questionnaire: level, goal, convenient days, what to bring to the trial lesson. In the same way it will put together a list of groups by level or a course programme — whatever you ask for is what it sends.
Does it really remember past conversations?
Yes. It searches the history of the correspondence and keeps a memory of the person: the second time round it does not ask again for the age, the level and the goal but carries on from where you left off. You notice it in the second week — a parent does not have to go over their own story again.
