Does it answer where students write?
Yes. Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, MAX and Avito are included in the “Personal Assistant” plan. All conversations come together in one window — you don't need five apps open.
What does “sends the timetable as a file” mean?
It puts a table together from your data — group start dates, the days and hours of the theory classes, where they are held — and sends it as an attachment straight into the conversation. The person opens the file in the very place they asked and can forward it to their parents. The price list, the programme and the list of documents go out the same way.
Does it really look at the traffic police website?
Yes, it can open a page by a link and retell what is written there — and it can find the page itself. Its search is its own and needs none of your keys. An important boundary: it retells a page and gives you the link to it, it does not make a ruling. How a rule will be applied at your office is for that office to say.
Where does it get the prices, the timings and the group dates?
You upload the price list, the programme and the group timetable once — it answers from them. What is not there it does not invent: it says outright that it has no such answer.
How does it know when an instructor is free?
From the calendar of instructors — the same one that is open in the application on the phone. He sees busy hours and offers the student only available ones. If the clock is kept in the driving school journal — “My Class”, AlfaCRM, — it reads from there: the module is connected in the office once. And here and there he only READS.
Does it put the lesson into the driving school's timetable itself?
No, and we will not promise that: it reads the calendar, it does not edit it. The agreed hour stays in the chat and comes back as a reminder — an hour before the lesson, to the student and to the instructor. You make the note in the timetable, and that is a couple of seconds of work.
If a lesson is moved, will it warn both of them?
Yes, as soon as it learns of the change from you or from the instructor: it will show the student the free hours, settle a new time and remind both sides about it. It does not move the timetable itself — that stays with you.
And what if they ask whether they will pass the test?
It does not guess and does not promise a result. It will explain what the course consists of, how many driving hours are in the programme, what to bring and when the next group starts. Readiness is judged by the instructor in the car, not by the agent in a chat.
What has to be done before the first answer to a student?
Connecting a model is the first step in your account and is done once. Until the model is connected the agent stays silent: the thinking is done by the model, not by our server. After that you upload the price list, the programme and the group timetable and connect the channels.
Where are the conversations with students kept?
In the AiHummer cloud. If that does not suit the driving school, the same product installs on your own server, and then conversations never leave it.
