AI EMPLOYEE · FOR TELECOM OPERATORS

Three channels give three different answers.
The first answer is now consistent everywhere.

The first answer arrives at once and identically everywhere: Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, MAX, email, the website widget and voice. It answers from your own plan terms and rules, and hands anything contested to a human. Installed on your own server — a subscriber’s conversation never leaves the operator’s perimeter.

It doesn’t change a plan and doesn’t take money. What is left of a bundle, itemized bills and charges live in billing, and it has no access there. It answers from the terms and the rules, and hands anything touching the billing account to an operator — together with the conversation it has already collected.

What a shift on the subscriber desk looks like

08:20
morning, “no internet”
12:00
a roaming charge
18:30
evening, peak enquiry hour
23:15
night shift — two people

The questions are always the same: what’s in the bundle, how to cancel a service, why the charge was higher, when the technician is coming. The subscriber waits in a queue, then writes to a messenger, then to the community page — and gets three different answers from three different shifts.

One tariff is explained in three different ways

The subscriber asks in one channel, then in another, then in a third — and gets three versions of one rule from three shifts. Then the argument starts about what he was promised.

With the agent

Everywhere it answers in your one wording

Every channel has one source — your tariff terms, and it names the clause. Fix the document, and from the next enquiry on the new wording is what is heard.

A disputed case still goes round a second time

By the time the enquiry reaches a person, the subscriber repeats it all over again: the number, the period, the sum. By then he is already irritated and explains through gritted teeth.

With the agent

Puts the question together and hands it to a person

Anything touching the account it does not decide — but hands it to the duty officer together with the chat already gathered. The person does not start the conversation from zero.

One month of subscribers walking away costs more than a year of an AI employee

Run the numbers on your own operation →
225 000 ₽
A month of subscribers walking away

The arithmetic in the example: 500 subscribers left after a question went unanswered; the average bill is 450 ₽ a month. And the same again next month, and the month after that.

Run it on your own numbers

Take your own average bill and your own share of subscribers who left after a long wait. We name the price before any talk of a contract.

Three — jobs and two of them within the company

The subscriber sees only the first one. The other two go inside the operator: the engineer sorts out what is overdue according to the SLA, and procurement checks the installation contractor. Both — through connected systems, not through upload by Monday.

Perimeter and access

Inside your own perimeter, on your own hardware

Subscriber conversations are personal data, and an operator has no reason to move them into somebody else’s cloud. The product ships as a tarball and runs as a systemd service on your own hardware or in your own virtualization; it never reaches outside unless you allow it.

  • Your serverYou install and update when you decide to, not when the vendor ships.
  • SAML, LDAP, SCIMAccounts from your own directory, not a second list of logins on the side.
  • Multi-tenancyRegions and branches are kept apart: each with its own documents and its own wording.
  • Audit and approvalExtended audit, mandatory approval for actions and isolated mode.
  • The model is yoursLocal inside your perimeter, or your own access to an outside one. We don’t resell other people’s models.
  • National Software RegisterNot yet — the application is filed. We say so up front.
  • Installs on Linux — a tarball and systemd, updated with one command
  • Conversations and documents stay with you and never leave
  • Runs on a local model — it can work with no internet at all

Questions

Can it change plans and add services?

No. Plans, services, charges and itemized bills live in billing, and it has no access there. It answers from your plan terms and service rules, and hands a human everything touching a subscriber’s money and contract, together with the conversation it has already collected.

Where does the system run?

On your own server, inside your perimeter. The product ships as a tarball and runs as a systemd service — on your own hardware or in your own virtualization. A subscriber’s conversation never leaves the operator’s perimeter, because there is nothing for it to leave through.

Will it hold our load?

The honest answer: it has to be worked out on your numbers, and we do that before any contract. The product installs inside your perimeter, so the ceiling is set by your hardware, not by our price list; the number of AI employees and the split by region are part of the scope of delivery, which we discuss at the first meeting.

Why should every channel give the same answer?

Because the subscriber checks. They write to a messenger, then to the community page, then they call — and three different answers turn into a complaint instead of a solved problem. Here there is one source of the answer: your own documents. The wording doesn’t depend on who is on shift today.

What about access control and audit?

The Enterprise plan includes SAML, LDAP and SCIM, row-level security, extended audit, mandatory approval for actions and isolated mode. The full scope comes from billing and is shown on the pricing page.

Will it connect to billing?

Not by default, and the main scenario doesn’t need it: the first line answers from the terms, not from a billing account. Reading anything out of your systems is a separate integration for your perimeter, discussed together with the scope of delivery.

Is the model inside our perimeter too?

Yes, if that is what you decide. You connect the model: a local one inside your perimeter, or your own access to an external one. Until a model is connected the AI employee stays silent — the thinking happens in the model, not on our server. We don’t resell other people’s models and don’t charge for them.

What does it cost?

Enterprise is quoted on request: there is no figure here or in the price list, because the scope is priced for your perimeter and your volume. The free Community version installs inside your perimeter without a single payment — it shows you how the product is built.

Are you in the National Software Register?

Not yet — the application for inclusion is filed. For an operator with a domestic-only requirement that is the deciding fact, so we say it up front. Help with the procurement paperwork is included in the plan.

Can we see it first?

Yes. The live demo is open without signup; login and password are below. Your own plan terms aren’t in it — but you can see how it answers from loaded documents, and how honestly it says it doesn’t have something.

Don't take our word for it — check for yourself

This page is about one industry. Everything about the whole product — how it works, pricing, channels and security — on the home page.

The same AI employee — and for others at your scale

Same mechanics, different reasons: a bank takes the routine off its first line, national retail levels the answer across hundreds of locations, energy runs inside a closed perimeter.
