Does it answer where customers write?

Yes. Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, MAX and Avito are included in the “Personal Assistant” plan. All conversations come together in one window — you don't need five apps open.

What exactly comes as a file?

A table: the lines of the calculation — run, paper, finishing, lead time — and the artwork requirements beside them. It is a real file in the chat, not text in a message: the customer forwards it to their designer as it is.

Does it check the artwork that is sent in?

No, and we will not promise that: it does not look inside the file and does not check bleeds or the colour model. It says what the artwork has to be like — before it is sent. The file itself stays in the conversation, and a person in the shop opens it.

And does it open a link?

A page — yes: it will open it and retell what is on it, for instance what paper a supplier has or what a partner's requirements say. If the page will not open or access to it is closed, it says so rather than inventing the contents.

Where does it get the prices and lead times?

You upload the price list and the rules once: how many days printing takes, what cutting, lamination and creasing add, when the counter closes. Edit them — and from the next message it works the figures out the new way.

And what if the print run or the paper is not in the price list?

It does not make a figure up. It will say plainly that there is no such item, but it will still collect the rest and leave it in the conversation. You will not have to ask it all over again.

Does it put the run into the print queue itself?

It creates the order in your own system: 1C:SBM, MoySklad or amoCRM connect in the dashboard — the specs, the price and the date land where you already keep your orders. Starting the press stays with a person on the floor: the agent doesn’t switch machines on.

What is needed to make this work?

The first step in your account is to connect a model: until it is connected the agent does not answer at all. Then upload the price list and the rules and connect the channels. This is done once.

Where are the conversations with clients stored?

In the AiHummer cloud. If that does not suit the print shop, the same product installs on your own server, and then conversations never leave it.
