The times in the example are made up — you know your own better. The point isn’t the times, it’s the number of handoffs: each one adds a day of waiting, not of work.
They ask the same things: which grade goes in this assembly, what to put in the request, who signs off, where the current revision of the instruction is. The answer exists — it sits in a policy nobody gets to on the night shift.

The Enterprise plan: the scope is priced for your perimeter and your volume, so there is no figure here or in the price list.
After that it runs at a profit. How many sites you put on it is a question of scope, not a separate price for each.

We are not in the National Software Register yet — the application is filed.
Your own server or a virtual machine and PostgreSQL — no Docker needed. It installs with a single command, everything else is set up in the web interface.

The product ships as a tarball and runs as a systemd service on your hardware or in your virtualization. If the segment is closed and never reaches out, it works there too: the model you connect is local, and the product has no reason to reach out.
And separately, because it’s the first thing people ask: it does not enter the control perimeter. Neither SCADA nor ICS will ever take a command from it — it works with documents and conversations.

Not by default. The main scenario doesn’t need it: a request is built from the conversation and the documents, not from a system of record. Reading anything out of your systems is a separate integration built for your perimeter, agreed together with the scope of delivery.
The Enterprise plan includes SAML, LDAP and SCIM, row-level security, extended audit, mandatory approval for actions and isolated mode. Different sites of the group are kept apart by multi-tenancy: each with its own documents.
Enterprise is quoted on request: there is no figure here or in the price list, because the scope is priced for your perimeter and your volume. The free Community version installs inside your perimeter without a single payment — it shows you how the product is built.
