The answer exists — it’s in an instruction, in an order or in the operations log. But at three in the morning people find it by leafing through a folder or calling the supervisor, because there is nothing to search with inside the perimeter: the search everyone is used to lives outside.

The product ships as a tarball and runs as a systemd service inside your segment: no containers, no external dependencies at runtime and no requirement to reach the outside. The model you connect is local — and then the product simply has no reason to reach out at all.

We don’t rent your data and we don’t resell other people’s models. The thinking is done by the model you installed, where you installed it.

Questions

Will it get access to SCADA, ICS or telemetry?

No — and that is our decision, not the limit of what the product can do. Grant the agent access to a system and it will do in it whatever you granted rights for; but we do not connect it to operating-mode control and we will not — the cost of a mistake on shift is out of all proportion to the gain. Its work is words: instructions, orders, policies, the shift’s own chat, and everything to do with the mode is done by people and by the systems meant for it.

We have no internet access at all. Does this work?

Yes, and that is the main case, not the exception. The product ships as a tarball and runs as a systemd service inside your segment; the model you connect is local too. In isolated mode it makes no outbound calls — it has no reason to.

What exactly do you install, and where?

On your own hardware or in your own virtualization, inside your perimeter. No containers: a tarball and a systemd service. You apply updates yourself, when you decide to — not when the vendor decides.

And the model? It has to think somewhere.

Inside your own perimeter, if that is what you decide: you connect the model and you choose it. Until a model is connected the AI employee stays silent — the thinking happens in the model, not on our server. We don’t resell other people’s models and we don’t charge for them.

What about audit and access control?

The Enterprise plan includes SAML, LDAP and SCIM, row-level security, extended audit, mandatory approval for actions and isolated mode. Sites and branches are kept apart by multi-tenancy: each with its own documents.

Could it show a revoked revision?

It answers from what you loaded and names the revision. Revoked documents are flagged, and the answer shows the current one — that is the whole reason to run it: not “I think it went like this”, but a clause you can open.

Are you in the National Software Register?

Not yet — the application is filed. For a critical-infrastructure site this is the deciding fact, and we say so straight away, not at the third meeting. Help with the procurement paperwork is included in the plan.

What does it cost?

Enterprise is quoted on request: there is no figure here or in the price list, because the scope is priced for your perimeter and your volume. The free Community version installs inside your perimeter without a single payment — enough to see how the product is built, before any procurement.

Can we see it before procurement starts?

Yes, on the public demo too — it’s open without signup, login and password below. Your instructions aren’t in it, and that’s right: the demo sits outside. But you can see how it answers from loaded documents, and how it says “I don’t have that”.
