What is needed to make it work?

The first step is to connect a language model: nothing works without it, and we will not put that in small print. Then you upload the rate grid by route, the rules for accepting cargo, the packing requirements, the list of documents and the procedure for damage — and connect the channels.

Will it tell me where the shipment is?

Yes — by tracking number, from the carrier: CDEK, Boxberry, Russian Post, Delovye Linii, PEK, Yandex Delivery. It gives the status together with the source and the date, not “somewhere in transit”. It also answers on the standard transit time for your lane: shipped Tuesday, Yekaterinburg by Thursday.

And if our system shows a different date?

It says so plainly and calls a dispatcher instead of deciding for you who to believe. An invented status costs more here than silence: someone drives out for a shipment on the wrong day. That’s why every answer about a shipment has a source, and you can see it.

What is the file it sends?

A table — CSV or XLSX — as an attachment straight into the chat: a calculation for a route, a rate extract, the list of documents for dispatch, a digest of the shift's enquiries. The person opens the file in the very place they asked.

Does it answer where shippers write?

Yes. Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, MAX and email are included in the Business plan. All conversations come together in one window — you do not need five apps open.

Why would we need several AI employees?

10 AI agents — one for shippers, a second for carriers and drivers, a third for an area or a branch, for example. Each has its own materials and its own rules, and the conversation still lives in one window.

Where are the correspondence and the warehouse addresses stored?

On your own server: this plan installs inside your perimeter. Addresses, loading-bay contacts and the contents of shipments never leave it. You need your own server or a virtual machine and PostgreSQL — no Docker.
