AI EMPLOYEE · FOR A MANUFACTURER

Requests arrive with half the details missing.
The specification is ready before pricing.

Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX and email. It works out the grade, thread, coating and drawing from your own fields, sends the spec as a table, and at the process engineer’s request finds a material equivalent with links to sources. An enquiry that lands at six in the morning doesn’t wait until nine. Installs on your own server.

The line we won't cross

It doesn’t guess a date — it names the source

It takes the production plan, line load and batch readiness only from your own system of record and says where it got that and what hour it is accurate to. Until it is connected, it says so plainly and calls in the production planning department. What isn’t in the source, it does not calculate and doesn’t invent it.

We put this on the second screen, not in a footnote under the price: a buyer will test the boundary with their very first “where is my batch”. A date named at random costs a missed shipment — and that costs more than an honest “let me check”.

Requests that cannot be priced

08:15
“we need fasteners” — no grade, no thread
12:30
“how much will it cost” with no drawing
17:40
explaining the minimum lot again
23:20
night shift, nobody to ask

Not one of these requests can be priced: the grade, the thread, the coating and the quantity are missing. Each of them takes three emails back and forth before the first figure.

One enquiry never quoted costs more than a month of the agent

Example: a minimum batch of 1 000 units at 180 ₽ per item. The enquiry came in at six in the morning; the sales desk started at nine.

Agent for a month

When billed annually, per instance — not per shop and not per person on shift.

One enquiry quoted a month covers it

After that the agent runs at a profit. Grade, thread and coating arrive collected, not in three separate emails.

Three jobs that a factory does with its hands

The supplier sees only the first one. The other two — the combination of the plan with warehouse balances and the answer “where is the batch” — are carried out by the planner and the shift foreman.

The request comes without a stamp and thread

“We need fastenings, 500 pieces” — cannot be counted, and it takes three letters back and forth before the first number.

With the agent

He asks for the missing information in your fields and gives the specification in the table — with a line from which it can already be calculated.

Is there enough raw material? — is counted by hand

The weekly plan lies in one system, the warehouse balances — in another, and the planner collects them in his table, in the evening and again.

With the agent

He takes the plan from 1C:ERP and the warehouse balances from MoySklad and names the items that will not be enough, — along with the hour for which the data is correct.

“Where is the party” they ask everyone

The foreman, supplier and sales go to the planning and dispatch department for the same status, and each distracts him separately.

With the agent

He reads the customer orders in 1C:ERP and states the status along with the source and hour. No data — is calling the planning department, not guessing.

What it takes on

Puts the specification together

Grade, thread, coating, drawing — using your own fields, not guesswork.

Hands it over as a file

The table goes into the chat — to the customer and to the sales department.

Gives the minimum lot

From your own terms — the same to the first customer and to the tenth.

Answers from the technical requirements

Tolerances, dispatch terms and goods-in rules — from your own files.

Answers on the night shift

At six in the morning and at weekends, when the department is not working yet.

Never guesses a date

It gives batch readiness from the source. If the source is silent, it calls the planning department.

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn’t answer at random. Line load, the order queue and start dates it gives from the source and together with it; until the source is connected, it says so and calls the planning department.
  • It makes no production decisions: “can we make it”, “should we move the batch”, “should we take the order” — those belong to your people, not to a program.
  • It rewrites nothing that isn’t its own: it creates no records, issues no numbers, moves no statuses. What the shift said stays in the chat.
  • It does not carry out goods-in and does not decide whether something passes: it gives the requirement from your document and says which version it came from. The decision is for quality control and the foreman.

Questions

What is needed to make it work?

The first step is to connect a language model: nothing works without it, and we will not put that in small print. Then you upload your materials: technical requirements and extracts from drawings, shift and goods-in procedures, dispatch and site-entry terms, packing and labelling rules.

Can it see our production plan and the status of a batch?

It takes them from your own system of record — 1C:ERP, MoySklad — and gives them together with the source and the hour the data is accurate to. Until the system is connected it doesn’t guess: it says so plainly and calls in someone who knows, with the context already collected instead of an empty “someone will get back to you”. A date named at random costs a missed shipment, and you will never get that answer from it.

Then what does it answer?

What lies in your documents and repeats every day: tolerances and drawing requirements, dispatch and site-entry terms, goods-in, packing and labelling rules, shift procedures, what to do about a deviation, the set of accompanying documents.

What is the file it sends?

A table — CSV or XLSX — as an attachment straight into the chat: the collected specification, the list of requirements for an item, a digest of the shift's requests. The customer opens it in the very place they wrote, and you get a line you can already price.

Why does it need the internet?

So that a process engineer does not have to work through tabs: an equivalent grade, matching designations, the properties of a coating, a supplier's page. It brings back what it found with links to the sources and says where it got it. The decision to substitute a material stays with the process engineer — the agent neither takes it nor stands in for it.

We have two shops with different procedures — will it mix them up?

Describe each shop separately: its own technical requirements, its own shift procedure, its own goods-in rules. It answers about the shop it is asked about, and if the conversation does not make it clear — it asks. This plan has several seats, and the shops can be split between different assistants.

Where are the conversations and our drawing dimensions stored?

Business installs on YOUR server: the correspondence, the tolerances, the contract terms and the customers' contact details stay inside your perimeter and never go to someone else's cloud.

What does it cost, and can I see it before paying?

RUB 19,900 per month per instance or RUB 199,000 per year — the price is per instance, not per shop and not per person on shift. The demo sandbox is open without sign-up: login and password below.

The same agent works for your neighbors on the industrial estate

A dispatch desk quotes a rate, a wholesaler answers from the price list, an insurer works through questions about coverage. Same mechanics, different reasons to write.
