AI ASSISTANT · FOR SYSADMINS

Colleagues keep asking the same thing.
Now they only interrupt you when it matters.

Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, MAX. Your runbooks answer for themselves: how to connect a printer, who to ask for access, what to do when something won’t load. You get pulled in only when it truly can’t be done without you.

It answers from your runbooks, and it is you who grant access to the servers. On the cloud plan command execution is off. On your own server you switch it on yourself — with a toggle in your account, and there you also name the tools that must ask your confirmation.

What the working day is actually made of

09:20
night queue: where to start
12:05
how to connect the printer
15:40
work fell on someone else's closure
18:10
passed the shift by voice

Each question costs two minutes, and the completed work — costs forty. But it’s not the questions that eat up the day: half of it is spent trying to figure out what’s on fire from the night queue, when you can touch the food, and what’s left from the last shift.

Requests come from everywhere, and answering is still on you

A request can come from anywhere

One thing was posted in the shared chat, another in a DM, a third was said in the corridor and written down nowhere. By lunchtime you cannot recall what you promised whom.

With the agent

Brings every request into one list

It gathers what was written in the connected chats and marks duplicates and repeats of earlier cases. The list opens in the same place where you answer.

You answer the same question for the fifth time

The answer has long been written in the instruction, but nobody will open it: asking you is faster. Every message like that knocks you out of the work you are kept for.

With the agent

Answers the routine, hands the rest to you

It repeats your instruction word for word and names the clause. Everything that needs rights or a decision from you it passes on to you together with the chat.

Three papers, and not a single one is about responding to a colleague

He can answer “how to connect a printer”. — is the first screen. But your day is consumed by something else: sorting out the overnight queue, not putting work on someone else’s release, and turning in your shift so that the next one doesn’t have to call. Under each picture it is written which module does this.

The morning of the duty officer begins with analyzing the queue

A dozen tickets pile up overnight, and some of them are a repeat of an earlier case or not for you at all. Sorting them out is done by hand.

With the agent

Works through the night queue

He reads what came in overnight, notes duplicates and repetitions of previous cases, and names what to tackle first.

The update was timed to coincide with someone else's end of the month.

Other teams' schedules live in their own calendars. Going round everyone in advance never works out, and the work ends up at the most awkward hour.

With the agent

Finds the window that gets in nobody's way

He looks at the availability in the calendars, names a window in which the work will not affect anyone, and puts it there.

The shift is passed by voice, and half is lost

What was fixed overnight and what must not be touched gets handed over in a few words at the door. The next person on duty then calls to ask.

With the agent

Turns the shift handover into a single file

He collects it in a file: what was repaired, what remains, what cannot be touched until Monday — with reference to your own regulations.

Questions

Will it log into our servers?

It will, if you grant access. Don’t grant it and it won’t: on the cloud plan command execution is off, and it cannot be switched on. On your own server you switch it on: your account has a toggle, “Enable code_exec”, and next to it a list of tools that must ask your confirmation before they run.

What if there is no runbook?

Then it says so and passes the question to you instead of inventing a procedure. That matters more than speed: in IT an invented runbook costs more than silence. And the summary shows which topics have no runbook at all.

Where does it get its answers from?

Only from what you gave it: runbooks, policies, the access procedure, your own past cases. With every answer it names the document and the step — a colleague can open it and see for themselves.

Where do colleagues write to it?

Right where they already are: Telegram, WhatsApp, VK and MAX. Every conversation lands in one inbox, and there’s a mobile app too. No separate ticket portal to stand up — people don’t go there anyway.

What is the file it sends?

A table — CSV or XLSX — that it builds itself and sends as an attachment into the chat. That is how summaries of enquiries by topic go out, along with the list of routine questions and the list of things no runbook covers. Handy when you have to show management where the time goes.

Does it remember past cases?

Yes. It brings up earlier messages and answers with them in mind: who has had this before, how it ended, what you added to the runbook back then. The limit is an honest one — if you sorted it out out loud and it never reached the chat, it doesn’t know.

Will this replace the help desk?

No, and it shouldn’t. It takes the repetitive part — the questions whose answers are already written — and honestly hands you everything else. That is exactly the point: you keep the work you were hired for, instead of forty identical questions a day.

Do I need a separate assistant for each area?

This plan includes one assistant, and it answers from all your runbooks at once — printing, access, network. If you want the areas split across separate assistants, the next cloud tier has seats for that — how many is written on the pricing page.

What has to be done before the first answer?

Connecting a model is the first step in the dashboard, and you do it once. Until a model is connected the assistant stays silent: the thinking happens in the model, not on our server. The model can be a local one, on your own hardware.

Can I see it before paying?

Yes. The demo sandbox is open without sign-up — login and password below, it resets every hour.

Don't take our word for it — check for yourself

This page is about one job. Everything about the whole product — how it works, pricing, channels and security — on the home page.

The same assistant — and not only in IT

Same mechanics, different reasons to write: a home server explains its own setup, a teacher sheds the fifth explanation in a row, a nonprofit stops burning volunteers on the same questions.
